Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Continued use of services after purchase constitutes acceptance of the service and waives refund eligibility unless legally required.
AERAVION provides services “as is” and “as available.” While we strive for accuracy and reliability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, AERAVION shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from use or inability to use the platform.
AERAVION reserves the right to suspend or terminate user accounts at its discretion if these Terms are violated or if misuse of services is detected. Users may cancel subscriptions at any time, with termination effective at the end of the current billing cycle.
All content, trademarks, service marks, and proprietary materials on aeravion.quest are the property of AERAVION or its licensors. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification is strictly prohibited.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction in which AERAVION operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts within that jurisdiction.
